Envision Technology Advisors offers a range of premium hosting options and co-locationsolutions. The facility includes a redundant Fiberoptic loop delivered which is capable of providing internet connectivity to our customers of up to 1gb/s. It also features Cisco routers, UPS power backups, restricted access, a temperature-controlled environment and extensive fire detection and suppression equipment. The data center can support a predicted uptime of 99.9%. Our data center servers run current Microsoft server platforms and supporting asp.NET code, database connections, statistical traffic tracking, shopping carts and SSL encryption. Separate DNS, email, FTP and data servers are maintained onsite.
Storage and backup are provided by highly scalable NetApp Storage Area Network technology and Tandberg robotic tape library systems.
Envision's data center offers packet level security and monitoring through Sonicwall enterprise firewall solutions as well as offsite packet, filter, and port monitoring at our carrier’s Network Operations Center. Physical data security is provided by three layers of 1500lb magnetic locks with proximity card access readers, as well as motion sensitive security systems. Packet-level virus scanningis performed at our network border and on all mail servers.
All servers are monitored automatically around the clock by a system which pages an on-call technician for immediate response in case of any disruption to lines or servers. In addition, Envision has contracted with 3 independent security providers to deliver "Out of Network" security scanning for all connections to the Internet.
