Professional summary:
I’ve been in IT since 2014 (officially), starting off as a virus remediation technician. I really loved it, but the RI location I worked at was permanently closed. After that, I have migrated to helpdesk and consultant work. I’ve been doing that for about 4 years now. I love a challenge and problem solving and it’s rewarding to know I helped the client.
