Envision Technology Advisors is honored to announce that they have been named a 2020 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation® winner by the National Association for Business Resources.
This esteemed award recognizes Envision as a nationwide leader in human resources practices among 1,700 nominated organizations.
Prior to this honor, Envision was recognized at a regional level as a Boston’s Best and Brightest Companies To Work For® winner. According to The Best and Brightest website, “The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For® competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more.”
As part of the evaluation process, Envision was assessed in several areas, including communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, and retention, among others. Envision’s employees were also anonymously surveyed with questions about the organization’s human resources policies as they relate to employee wellbeing and satisfaction.
