If you were building a company, what would be most important to you?
When Todd Knapp was starting Envision back in 1998, he asked himself this question and decided that to create the kind of company he wanted to work for, it needed to follow three important principals. Envision had to:
- Be the best at what we do
- Have fun
- Be a profitable organization where employees can thrive (and so we can continue doing numbers 1 and 2)
