Outside of work, I can be found attending rock concerts, playing video games, or traveling the country to do either of those. I have a passion for productivity and enjoy helping others make the most out of their time and effort, in and out of the workplace.
Interesting story or fact about me:
I learned about social engineering early on by accidentally canceling school for a day at my high school.
Professional summary:
I started in IT right out of high school and was an IT Director for a manufacturing company by age 21. In more than 20 years of IT experience, my career has taken me through small companies, Professional Services, and even into the Fortune 500 space. Some of my noteworthy accomplishments include building a 20-person Service Desk team in less than 3 months; saving over $500k in hardware and DR costs with Virtualization; and enabling remote work in a highly regulated Gaming environment. My key expertise areas include Infrastructure, Networking, Collaboration, and Productivity.
